Empathy Infographic

We worked diligently with animal care staff from across the ACE for Wildlife Network and the communications experts at Team Soapbox to create an empathy infographic designed by animal care staff, for animal care staff. This infographic contains a quick, easy to follow explanation – based on a real life example – of how and why effective empathy practices can work to make information “sticky” with guests. The infographic comes in multiple formats designed to fit your needs; whether it’s slides to include in an empathy training PowerPoint, an 8×11 handout to share at a staff meeting, or a poster to hang above the microwave, there’s an infographic for every setting.
