ZooMonitor Instructions

This tile includes instructions for setting up and utilizing ZooMonitor and a repackaged version of the Measuring Empathy Collaborative Assessment Project (MECAP) observation framework and codebook. The protocol document explains how to conduct observations of visitors, program audiences, signage, and presenters and can be used to collect observation data on paper. The ZooMonitor instructions explain how to access the digital version of this tool through ZooMonitor, a data collection tool freely available to all organizations accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
