2015
Findings of this study suggest a new approach to understanding how humans relate to the natural world, showing that those that attribute a mind to nature tend to empathize with nature more and act in a more pro-environmental manner than those that don’t.
This study aimed to assess connection to nature and humans, using empathy as an indicator, as a predictor of prosocial behavior in ecological and human domains.
